The TJI-TYPE Buckling-restrained brace used in Expo Center

The new buckling-restrained brace structure was selected in this Expo Center for reducing seismic influence (yield under tensile and compressive strength). Such braces are made of low yield-strength core plate, restrained sleeve pipe and outer sleeve pipe set. Restrained sleeve pipe should have a restraining effect on the core plate, and bear the core plate's extrusion pressure derived from cambering. Therefore, due to high precision need, the fabrication process is a big challenge to us.

Box Truss Structure at Performance center

Shanghai Expo Performing Center is an important permanent Pavilion in that event that has a flying-saucer shape, it had been attracting eyeballs during the Expo. The Performing Center was planned to be built as World Class pavilion. Pictures attached on the right side are the BOX truss fabricated by Huayin.
