The north coast & long wind business complex megaproject is planned and invested by the Tenhong investment Group with a total of 3 billion Chinese Yuan and total construction area of 290 thousand square meter.
There are 12 big buildings in this megaproject and we are awarded design and construction of Nr.2 west office building located in the Long Wind area which was constructed alongside the famous Suzhou River.
The main structure system is with 5 floors of steel construction plus one floor basement with concrete. The total construction area is 18168 square meter and with an average 4.2 meter high as standard height of floors.
